Important Point Off Difference

Linton Estate focuses on community. When or before Peter Dickson, the Founder and Managing Director, passes away, Linton Estate will be put into a Foundation/Trust to help the Ballan Hospital, GLBTI Community and the Moorabool Shire Community in general. It will help organisations that help elders of the GLBTI community, research, projects, events for elders and the residents of Linton Estate too. "Its all about giving back and caring".

Welcome to Linton Estate

Linton is proud to introduce the world's first residential village for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex community and like minded people, with the flexibility to be a weekend retreat or a place to retire. It has everything a retirement village has and more. Plus it is a more flexible model than the Retirement Village Act. Linton Estate is a dream for a better life.

This award winning community is A Place To Truly Be You

Based in the rural township of Ballan, it's just 50 minutes west of Melbourne, a central stop over on the way to historic Ballarat and also a short drive to Daylesford and Hepburn - Victoria's spa country.

Situated in the heart of the Moorabool Shire, Ballan has so much to offer with all the conveniences including cafe's, a post office, modern supermarket, hardware store, boutique shops, hospital, GP SuperClinic and a large Community Care Center with a hydro pool and meals on wheels. Plus the Hospital is expanding in 2016 with the building of two Day Operating Theatres and an expansion of the Age Care Facility with a further 51 high care beds.

Ballan also has access to a fast train service.

Linton Estate is west of the main township and features extensive on-site facilities for recreation, entertainment and luxury living.

Linton Estate home designs are called "The Linton Girl's Home Designs" after Peter Dickson's (founder of linton estate) mother and his four Aunties. Plus a house design after Peter's father - Max. There are six floor plans and four different facades for The Linton Girl's Home Design's and the Max House Design has one facade.

Linton Estate is looking for Investors and Partnerships to join Peter Dickson in taking this ambitious and much needed project to the next stage.
