Our range of product includes 5 innovative designs ranging from 2 bedrooms 1 car garage up to 2 bedroom plus study, alfresco and double garage. Plus a 3 bedroom with study and a double garage. Some with sweeping park and lake views.

The unit design's are names after the Linton Girl's. My mother and my 4 Aunties.

After extensive community consultation our initial concepts drawings are now being reviewed to meet the expectations of our market audience. Unfortunately this has created a delay and the need to resubmit for town planning requirements. How ever we believe the total integrity of our project is paramount to achieve the ultimate results.
